Ulex 1.2: Open Source Legal Operating System
Developed by Professor Tom W. Bell, Ulex is an open-source legal framework providing a complete, self-contained system of procedural and substantive rules for dispute resolution and governance. It draws on established legal sources — including the American Law Institute's Restatements on tort, property, and contract — and employs a three-judge dispute resolution model. Designed to be adopted voluntarily by communities, seasteads, ZEDEs, or private governance projects as a ready-made legal operating system without state dependency.
