Constitution of the Republic of Honduras (1982) — incl. Title VI
The foundational constitutional document of Honduras, adopted in 1982. Title VI is of particular relevance to the Live and Let Live framework, as it was amended in 2013 to provide the constitutional basis for Zones for Employment and Economic Development (ZEDEs) — special jurisdictions with autonomous legal and governance systems. Together with the ZEDE Organic Law, Title VI represents one of the most significant attempts by any nation-state to constitutionally enable voluntary, privately governed communities within its territory.
