Description
Archipelibero is a voluntary community on the island of Gozo in Malta.
Discussion
The purpose of Archipelibero is to "create a home for collaboration where free people can build, learn, and, according to conscience, worship or not, side by side. Participation is voluntary, peaceful, and grounded in mutual respect".
The community's mission is facilitating free people to cooperate and live together regardless of which state is their birth nation. One mechanism to pursue this mission creating solutions through digital technologies, such as supporting digital nomad lifestyles and other activities which superseded outdated aspects of historical social systems.
Implementation
Commitments are voluntary, through agreement. No coercion within the community.
Mutual aid is exercised rather than forcing compulsory welfare contributions.
Nationals of Switzerland or member countries to the EU or EEA may freely relocate and work in Archipelibero. Non EU/EEA/CH nationals may apply for Malta's nomad residence permit or engage in the Start in Malta programme. Maltese citizenship is also possible through merit.
Engagement is established in the community's Telegram channel. From there individuals may join working groups or offer services to others.
